The aim of this chapter is to provide acoustic results of Akustik+Sylomer® acoustic hangers on existing buildings. This section will provide airborne noise or impact noise tests done by external acoustic engineering professionals.
In order to provide useful information, the following information will be shown:
- Detailed information on the constructive technique.
- Pictures of installation of the acoustic hangers.
- Results of impact noise/airborne noise tests.
- Information of the distributor, architect or acoustic engineer.
On the opening of this chapter we will be showing a case of a renovation of an old Restaurant in Sweden, where airborne noise tests have been done before and after the installation of Akustik+Sylomer® acoustic hangers.
This chapter will be incorporating progressively more case studies.
