AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® INTRODUCES THE NEW HYDRAULIC CONE 32 ANTI VIBRATION MOUNTS
TheAMC-MECANOCAUCHO® type hydraulic cone 32 anti vibration mounts are ideal for mobile applications for load ranging from 125 to 550 Kg. Its specific design allows these anti vibration mounts provide two different vertical stiffnesses, thanks to the architecture of the rubber. This is particularly interesting for mobile applications where the vertical movement has to be controlled.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The design of this anti vibration mounts has been optimized using FEM in order to spread the tension of the compound homogeneously throughout the section of the anti vibration mount.
The above architecture of the mount allows two vertical stiffnesses. This feature allows a better control of the vertical movement of the suspended element. Like the rest of the hydraulic cone mounts from AMC- the horizontal stability is assured thanks to the parallel faces between the external and internal armours.
The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO hydraulic cone 32 anti vibration mounts are manufactured in 3 standard rubber hardness to suit load ranges from 125 to 550 Kg. load applications.
Like on the rest hydraulic cones from AMC-MECANOCAUCHO, the viscous fluid that is flowing from chamber to chamber allows an energetic dissipation that allows the suspended element to be damped and rapidly stabilized, as shown on the graph below.
The metal parts are coated with Zinc Nickel coating in order to withstand to arduous corrosive environments.

The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® hydraulic cone 32 anti vibration mounts are used on mobile applications where there is a need of high isolation performance and limitation of vertical movement when overload.. Typical applications that match this requirement are for example industrial vehicle cabins, engines mobile HVAC equipment, generator sets, ventilation systems or pumps.
