The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® type VT-HD are ideal for stationary applications where high isolation degree is required to low disturbing frequencies (600 to 1000 rpm). Its specific design allows these anti vibration mounts provide greater deflection compared to AMC-MECANOCAUCHO standard VT spring anti vibration mounts.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The design of these anti vibration mounts is composed of interlocking metal that act as a mechanical failsafe system. The rubber ring that holds the spring reduces the transmission of high frequency vibration that travels through the coil spring, providing to the VT-HD spring anti-vibration mount higher degree of vibration isolation.
The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO VT HD anti-vibration mounts are manufactured in several types of springs to suit load from 30 to 466Kg load per mount.
The springs are epoxy coated in order to withstand to arduous corrosive environments.
APPLICATIONS
The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® VT HD spring anti vibration mounts are used on stationary applications where disturbing frequency is low and a high vibration isolation is required, for example, HVAC equipment or ventilators.
