AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® manufactures a new range of Wire rope anti vibration mounts
The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® type wire rope anti vibration mounts are ideal for mobile applications, where a high vibration isolation and a high dampening ratio is required. This feature makes these elements be ideal for shock isolation. This range is composed of 2 elements and further dimensions will be incorporated to this range of anti-vibration mounts.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The wire rope is made in Stainless steel in order to withstand on highly corrosive environments. The fixation plates are made in Aluminum in order to provide a low weight and corrosion resistance. Its specific design allows these anti vibration mounts provide excellent vibration isolation in Radial or axial directions.
The friction between wires while the anti-vibration mount is in compression/strain allows an energetic dissipation that allows the suspended element to be damped and rapidly stabilized, as shown on the graph below.
