The AKUSTIKABSORBER AGLO FAR is a technical acoustic material combining high-density bonded foam of approximately 150 kg/m³ with an absorptive polyester fibre facing. This configuration provides two complementary functions: airborne sound isolation, through the mass of the bonded foam, and acoustic absorption, through the porous structure of the polyester fibre facing.
The high-density bonded foam helps reduce airborne sound transmission by adding mass and density to the system. The polyester fibre facing, positioned on the side exposed to the sound source, promotes the absorption of sound energy, particularly at medium and high frequencies. This combination therefore helps control both sound transmission and reverberation.
AGLO FAR is particularly suitable for technical cabins, acoustic enclosures, machinery, acoustic panels and industrial applications requiring an effective combination of sound isolation and acoustic absorption, with a good balance between performance and cost.
