The AGLO PAI range consists of acoustic panels manufactured from high-density agglomerated polyurethane foam with a technical aluminised glass fibre facing, providing high resistance to fire, abrasion and moisture. This combination makes AGLO PAI a robust acoustic isolation material for demanding industrial environments where superior mechanical protection is required without compromising acoustic performance.
Thanks to its agglomerated core, with densities of approximately 150 kg/m³, AGLO PAI provides greater mass per unit area, significantly improving its ability to reduce airborne noise transmission, particularly at low and medium frequencies. The outer facing not only provides physical protection but also acts as a certified fire-resistant barrier, allowing the material to be used in areas subject to specific fire-safety requirements.
Its excellent resistance to impacts, oils, airborne particles and humid or aggressive environments makes this acoustic isolation material particularly suitable for lining metal enclosures, technical partitions, heavy machinery, compressors and pump rooms. It can be installed using technical adhesive and easily cut to suit on-site requirements.
