The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® hydraulic mounts combine the function of an elastomeric spring and a hydraulic damper in a single unit, providing both effective vibration isolation and improved control of equipment movement.
Their design incorporates a hydraulic fluid whose movement within the mount generates additional damping. This technology allows the stiffness and damping characteristics to be adapted to the dynamic requirements of the application and helps reduce excessive movement, particularly during transient conditions and when passing through resonance.
The internal construction combines metal components bonded to the elastomer, ensuring the integrity of the hydraulic system while providing resistance to high dynamic loads and shocks and maintaining excellent durability.
These mounts are particularly suitable for engines, mobile machinery, generator sets and equipment subjected to vibration, shocks or load variations, where a combination of effective vibration isolation and high damping is required.

The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® Hydraulic mounts have an interlocking metal component that provides fail-safe protection for mobile applications. This device limits excessive vertical movement when the mountings are subjected to shocks inputs.
The metal parts are suitably thick and robust to withstand Off Road vehicle application shock inputs and also have an outdoor anti-corrosive treatment fully compliant with RoHs
