AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® Type C anti-vibration pads are manufactured entirely from rubber, without metal components, and are available in different sizes, rubber compounds and hardnesses.
Their design incorporates interlocking holes that allow several pads to be stacked, increasing the available deflection and making them particularly suitable for applications requiring low stiffness and improved vibration isolation.
They are commonly used to reduce high-frequency vibrations in machinery and equipment without the need to anchor the machine to the floor. The pads can be cut to the required size and installed directly beneath the machine base, either using a suitable adhesive or simply positioned under the equipment where appropriate.
Different rubber compounds are available depending on the operating conditions. Where contact with oils or other industrial agents is expected, this should be specified when ordering. Depending on the model, the surface can also provide increased elasticity or anti-slip properties.
