The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® SCBR anti-vibration mounts are compact anti-vibration elements designed for applications requiring high mechanical strength and durability under dynamic loads.
Their design incorporates an integrated metal reinforcement that improves the mechanical strength of the mount when subjected to repetitive loads, vibration and shock. This construction maintains an effective elastic connection while increasing the robustness of the mount in particularly demanding applications.
SCBR mounts are installed directly into a machined hole in the chassis. During tightening, the lower part of the mount deforms to create a multi-directional elastic connection, isolating vibration and absorbing shock along the different axes.
Thanks to their compact and reinforced design, SCBR mounts are particularly suitable for industrial vehicles, mobile machinery, cabins, compressors and on-board equipment subjected to vibration, shock and high dynamic loads.
