The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® SCH Mounts consist of two rubber elements which, once assembled, form an elastic connection between the equipment and the chassis. The lower element incorporates an internal metal sleeve which guides the fixing bolt and ensures accurate tightening of the assembly.
The mount is installed directly into a hole in the chassis. During tightening, the two rubber elements are pre-compressed, allowing the mount to operate effectively in different directions and withstand both compressive and tensile loads.
The level of pre-compression is determined by the chassis thickness “T”, providing controlled elastic behaviour and limiting equipment movement under dynamic loads.
Thanks to their compact, simple and robust design, SCH Mounts are particularly suitable for cabins, enclosures, auxiliary equipment and mobile machinery requiring effective vibration isolation and direct integration into the chassis.

This antivibration mount is ideal for applications with major dynamic loadings such as : Off Road Construction vehicles for engines , gearboxes , Operator Cabins where movement control is necessary. It also offers optimal stability, as well as good attenuation of impacts and high frequency vibrations.
The SCH mounts must be installed according to the following installation instructions:
They can be installed in plates of different thicknesses according to the Tmax and Tmin values given in the table at the bottom.
The Load vs. Deformation curves will vary according to the thickness of the plate on which the mount is to be installed.
