The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® SCH Washer is specifically designed for use with SCH anti-vibration mounts. It completes the mounting assembly and provides mechanical retention, particularly when the equipment is subjected to high tensile or compressive loads.
Its geometry helps limit excessive movement of the mount while maintaining the elastic deformation required for effective vibration isolation. It therefore acts as a mechanical safety stop under high dynamic loads or shock conditions.
Manufactured from ZnNi-coated steel, the SCH Washer provides high corrosion resistance, making it particularly suitable for mobile and industrial applications operating in demanding environmental conditions.
