The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® SCHR Washer is specifically designed to complete the assembly of SCHR anti-vibration mounts and provide mechanical retention of the assembly.
Installed together with the mount, it acts as a mechanical safety stop under tensile and compressive loads, limiting excessive movement under shock or high dynamic loads while allowing the mount to maintain the elastic deformation required for effective vibration isolation.
Manufactured from ZnNi-coated steel, it provides high corrosion resistance and excellent durability, particularly in mobile and industrial applications exposed to demanding environmental conditions.
