The PS+SYLOMER® AMC Preload from AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® are spring supports designed from the AMC range, but optimized to facilitate installation in environments with limited access or without the possibility of lifting heavy machinery. Their uniqueness lies in the incorporation of fixing fins on the base and the top cap, through which they can be pre-compressed using bolts, allowing the supports to be installed or replaced without the need to lift the equipment.
This functionality is particularly useful in industrial installations where vertical or lateral space is limited, or where access to lifting means is restricted or costly. Once installed and supporting the load, the bolts are removed and the system operates as a conventional spring, maintaining all the vibration isolation properties of the 1 AMC range.
Additionally, the base of these supports includes a Sylomer® pad as standard, which significantly improves performance against medium and high-frequency vibrations, ensuring a very balanced overall vibration performance.
