The Akustik Floor Spring Low – AFS LOW is a compact spring mount designed for floating floors requiring high-performance acoustic and vibration isolation with a low construction height.
It combines a steel spring, particularly effective for low-frequency isolation, with a rubber element that contributes to improved isolation at higher frequencies and reduces the transmission of structure-borne sound.
The mount can be installed directly beneath the floor or integrated into a supporting framework, providing considerable installation flexibility. Its compact design provides effective isolation while minimising the overall floor build-up height.
The AFS LOW is particularly suitable for sports halls, rehearsal rooms, plant rooms and acoustic floors, as well as applications subject to dynamic loads where available installation height is limited.
