The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® 9V-SH Anti-Seismic Spring Mount is designed for equipment requiring high load capacity, high-performance low-frequency vibration isolation and mechanical protection under seismic conditions.
With a static deflection of up to 50 mm (2 inches), the springs can achieve natural frequencies as low as 3 Hz, providing effective isolation for low-speed equipment or machinery generating very low-frequency vibration.
Its nine steel spring configuration provides high load capacity whilst maintaining the large deflection required for effective low-frequency vibration isolation.
An integrated levelling system facilitates equipment adjustment. A Sylomer® layer beneath the spring mount also helps reduce the transmission of medium and high frequencies that may propagate through the steel springs.
The integrated seismic restraint system limits excessive equipment movement under seismic loads whilst allowing the movement required for effective vibration isolation during normal operation.

The mounts are able to reach low natural frequencies from 2 to 5 Hz. The spring combined with sylomer® is able to provide high isolation at low and medium frequencies.
The curves are showing the deflection and natural frequencies according to the load of the spring. Temperature working range from -30 to 70º. Short term higher temperatures are possible.
