CB Washer
ZnNi-coated steel washer designed to provide mechanical retention for CB Mounts, limit excessive movement and maintain the fail-safe function under high dynamic loads.
The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® CB Washer is specifically designed for use with CB Mounts, installed in pairs on either side of the chassis or structure to be isolated.
Manufactured from ZnNi-coated steel, it provides excellent corrosion resistance and contributes to the mechanical retention of the mount when subjected to high loads.
Together with the through-bolt and CB Mounts, the washer forms part of the multidirectional bump-stop system, helping to limit excessive movement and maintain the fail-safe function under shocks, accelerations and high dynamic loads.
Its robust design makes it an essential component of the CB mounting system for mobile machinery, cabins, onboard equipment and other applications subjected to demanding dynamic conditions.
