SCHR Washer
ZnNi-coated steel safety washer for SCHR anti-vibration mounts, designed to limit movement under tensile and compressive loads and provide secure mechanical retention.
The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® SCHR Washer is specifically designed to complete the assembly of SCHR anti-vibration mounts and provide mechanical retention of the assembly.
Installed together with the mount, it acts as a mechanical safety stop under tensile and compressive loads, limiting excessive movement under shock or high dynamic loads while allowing the mount to maintain the elastic deformation required for effective vibration isolation.
Manufactured from ZnNi-coated steel, it provides high corrosion resistance and excellent durability, particularly in mobile and industrial applications exposed to demanding environmental conditions.
Technical characteristics
The SCHR mounts should be assembled according to the following installation instructions. There are two possible configurations, see previous assembly picture. They can be installed in plates of different thicknesses according to the Tmx and Tmin values given in the Table provided . The load vs deformation curves will vary according to the plate thickness in which the mount will be installed.
Washers should be used, if the rubber surface is not covered with the contact surface.
