AMC MECANOCAUCHO COMMITMENT TO RENEWABLE ENERGIES INSTALLING SOLAR PANELS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF ANTI VIBRATION MOUNTS.

This year AMC Mecanocaucho celebrates 50 years since it produced its first anti vibration mount. The celebration of half a century of operation has coincided with the new installations and new energy infrastructure.

The first steps of the environmental policy began in 2015, when AMC Mecanocaucho obtained the ISO 14001 certificate. This is an environmental management certificate for the production of anti vibration mounts . We wanted to continue along this way and that’s why this 360 photovoltaic panels have been installed to take advantage of sunlight. An investment that is consistent with our commitment to the environment.

Photovoltaics produces renewable energy directly from solar radiation. This energy does not produce any pollution and will therefore help to reduce the emission of gases.

It is estimated that by 2019, more than 9% of the energy consumed to produce AMC Mecanocaucho anti-vibration mounts will be renewable energy. Calculations predict that the investment will be get back in the next 11 years.
