The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® DSD Anti-Vibration Mount with Protective Bell provides high radial and axial flexibility, making it particularly suitable for the vibration isolation of machinery and equipment subject to horizontal vibrations.
Its design consists of two parallel metal plates connected by a bowl-shaped rubber element, bonded to both metal parts. This geometry provides good flexibility whilst ensuring stable mounting of the equipment.
The metal protective bell protects the rubber element from direct contact with oils and other external agents, making this version particularly suitable for exposed industrial environments.
The upper plate allows the mount to be attached to the machine, whilst the lower plate features two fixing points for attachment to the supporting structure.
Thanks to its flexibility, simple design and protective bell, the DSD is particularly suitable for fans, HVAC equipment and other industrial machinery requiring effective vibration isolation in exposed environments.
For applications requiring a higher level of vibration isolation, DRD Anti-Vibration Mounts are recommended.
