AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® Transformer Anti-Vibration Mounts are specifically designed to reduce the transmission of vibrations and structure-borne noise generated by electrical transformers operating at 50 Hz.
Their elastomeric design combines flexibility and damping to provide effective vibration isolation and limit the transmission of vibrations to the floor and building structure.
The geometry of the mount allows the transformer's existing wheels to be placed directly on the mount, without requiring modifications to the chassis or base. This considerably simplifies installation and makes the mounts particularly suitable for retrofitting existing transformers.
