The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® FZH 1 Spring+Sylomer antivibration mounts for floating floors are designed to be installed at the same height as the FZH 3 Spring +Sylomer mounts. This feature is ideal for the suspension of machinery /floating floors where the punctual load is uneven.
These jack up vibration isolators have been designed for the suspension floating floors . Their easy installation and low space requirement allow extraordinary vibration isolation on floating floors or inertia bases supporting vibrating equipment. Their design allows an inspection of the springs, after the installation if necessary.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The FZH 1 Spring+Sylomer are produced as standard on 5 different stiffness coil springs to suit loads per point from 100 up to 800 Kg. The natural frequency on their optimal loading point is below 5 Hz.
They are typically installed every 1 per linear meter. But this feature may be tuned in order to adapt to the load or natural frequency requirement of the application. They can also be combined with the FZH 3 Spring+Sylomer floating floor mounts as seen on the picture below.
FZH Spring+Sylomer jack up antivibration mounts for floating floors installation.
The FZH Spring+Sylomer jack up of these Jack up vibration isolators are easy to install with conventional tools and with complete safety. The Jack up mounts need to be placed first on top of a plastic foil.
Once this is done the reinforcement lying on the “wings” of the FZH Spring +Sylomer Jack up vibration isolators, as seen on the picture below.
Once the concrete is poured and dried the levelling process is done following the the video below.
Once the levelling of the floating floor is done, the work is done. The cups are able to be opened safely and allow an inspection on the future if required.
