The new TFS18 and TFS22 vibration isolators from AMC MECANOCAUCHO® are designed for mobile applications with load capacities ranging from 20 kg to 35 kg per mount, depending on the model and rubber hardness.
Their design provides similar stiffness values in tension and compression, which is particularly useful in applications where vibrations and transient forces come from multiple directions, requiring consistent stiffness in all axes.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
The AMC MECANOCAUCHO® TFS18 and TFS22 mounts feature a double-bonded design, making them suitable for handling high dynamic loads.
The rubber geometry of these mounts provides progressive stiffness under overload conditions, effectively limiting the movement of the suspended element.
Symmetrical stiffness is achieved through two vertically opposed rubber elements — one supporting the load and the other absorbing tensile forces.
