The Fully Bonded Split Bushing is designed for wind turbine gearboxes with 3-point suspension systems. Its split configuration facilitates installation and retrofit, particularly where access to the gearbox torque support is limited.
The system consists of two separate bushing halves positioned above and below the gearbox torque support, creating an elastic connection that accommodates the loads generated by the gearbox while reducing the transmission of vibrations and dynamic loads.
Different sizes and rubber compounds are available, allowing the stiffness of the bushing to be adapted to the loads, dynamic behavior, and specific requirements of each wind turbine gearbox.

The bushing is installed using a two-part split-block arrangement, positioned above and below the gearbox torque support. This configuration simplifies both initial installation and retrofit operations, avoiding the need to press-fit a conventional one-piece bushing into a closed mounting eye.
The combination of high-quality natural rubber and double rubber-to-metal bonding provides high durability, while the different available sizes and rubber hardnesses allow the stiffness of the element to be adapted to the specific requirements of the gearbox.
