Wind turbine gearboxes are subjected to high dynamic loads and torque reactions during operation. AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® develops suspension systems designed to reduce the transmission of vibration and structure-borne noise from the gearbox to the supporting structure.
The systems can be adapted to 3-point and 4-point suspension configurations, taking into account the specific load, torque, and stiffness requirements of each gearbox.
This approach allows the dynamic behavior of the drivetrain to be optimized while providing effective vibration isolation and controlled gearbox movement.
