Single Fully Bonded Bushings are designed for wind turbine gearboxes with 3-point suspension systems, providing elastic suspension and reducing the transmission of vibrations and dynamic loads.
The rubber is vulcanized directly to the metal components, creating a double rubber-to-metal bond that provides high elasticity, controlled stiffness, and reliable load transmission.
They are available in different sizes and rubber compounds, allowing the bushing stiffness to be adapted to the loads, dynamic behavior, and specific requirements of each wind turbine gearbox.
AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® refers to this solution as a Single Fully Bonded Bushing for 3-Point Suspension Systems.

Bushing installation:
The bushing is normally press-fitted into a closed mounting eye in the gearbox. Its rubber-to-metal construction provides an elastic connection integrated into the gearbox suspension system, helping to isolate vibrations and dynamic loads.
The combination of high-quality natural rubber and double rubber-to-metal bonding ensures high durability, while the different available sizes and rubber hardnesses allow the stiffness of the bushing to be adapted to the specific requirements of each wind turbine.
