Reciprocating compressors generate significant dynamic forces that can transmit vibration into the supporting structure.
To determine the appropriate vibration isolation system, AMC MECANOCAUCHO evaluates parameters such as static and dynamic loads, excitation frequencies, available space, installation conditions, temperature, chemical exposure, and expected service life.
This analysis allows the appropriate vibration isolators and system natural frequency to be selected for the specific requirements of each installation.

The compressor can be isolated from the supporting structure using individual vibration isolators or installed on a reinforced concrete inertia base supported by a vibration isolation system.
AMC MECANOCAUCHO offers different solutions, including BRB, FZ + Sylomer®, Sylomer®, 4AMC, and seismic mounts, depending on the loads, excitation frequencies, and required level of vibration isolation.
For installations requiring high isolation performance over a broad frequency range, a two-stage isolation system can also be used, combining, for example, Sylomer® for mid- and high-frequency isolation with springs for low-frequency isolation. A concrete inertia base can also improve the dynamic stability of the assembly.
