The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® MD vibration isolators have a similar design to the BSB and BRB ranges. Their main distinguishing feature is the use of a high internal damping synthetic elastomer compound.
This formulation helps dissipate vibrational energy and reduce motion amplitudes, particularly during transient conditions and when passing through resonance frequencies. MD vibration isolators therefore provide an excellent balance of vibration isolation, damping and equipment stability.
Thanks to their ability to control oscillations, they are particularly well suited for engines, generator sets, pumps, compressors, and mobile or stationary machinery subjected to dynamic loads and requiring a stable, highly damped suspension.
The top metal cap protects the rubber section from possible deisel , oil splashes.
