The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® Type S Vibration Isolators are rectangular isolators designed primarily to operate in vertical compression. The different available heights allow the flexibility of the isolator to be adapted to the requirements of each application.
These isolators consist of a rubber element vulcanized between two 10 mm thick flat metal plates. The lower plate has a larger surface area than the upper plate, providing good stability and improved load distribution.
The different available heights allow the vertical flexibility and natural frequency of the system to be adjusted in order to achieve a level of vibration isolation suited to the characteristics of each application.
