SCHR Vibration Isolator

Reinforced SCH vibration isolator with metal reinforcement around the mounting hole, providing increased durability under dynamic loads and protecting the elastomer against fatigue caused by friction with the frame.

The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® SCHR vibration isolators consist of two rubber elements, one of which incorporates an internal metal sleeve to guide the mounting bolt.

The isolator is installed directly into a machined hole in the frame. When tightened, the rubber elements are pre-compressed, with the frame thickness “T” determining the level of pre-compression and ensuring a stable and secure installation.

Compared with the standard SCH vibration isolator, the SCHR incorporates metal reinforcement around the mounting hole, protecting the elastomer against fatigue caused by friction with the frame. This design improves the durability of the isolator, particularly in applications subjected to vibration, shock and repeated dynamic loads.

To ensure correct operation, the frame thickness T and mounting hole diameter must comply with the values specified in the technical table.
