TRAINING SESSIONS ON HVAC STRUCTURAL NOISE INSULATION & ACOUSTICS
In response to the increasing demand for efficient acoustic solutions for heat pumps and HVAC systems, AMC Mecanocaucho has decided to offer specialised short training sessions in this field. Recently, AMC has conducted a series of training sessions aimed at companies interested in enhancing their knowledge.
This comprehensive training focuses on imparting detailed knowledge, Key topics include the selection of anti-vibration mounts through calculations using 1 degree of freedom or more detailed 6 degree of freedom software from AMC.
In addition to the calculations an important section of the training is the correct installation process for anti-vibration systems, the product ranges Vibrabsorber+Sylomer spring mounts, rubber to metal anti vibration mounts, Akustik+Sylomer acoustic hangers, floating floor mounts and wall ties are discussed. Best practices are emphasised to optimise sound insulation in industrial environments and construction projects.
A highlighted segment of this training involves real-life case studies, showcasing specific examples of applying acoustic techniques and solutions in various construction environments. Participants have the opportunity to learn from real world applications, understanding the challenges and solutions applied in practical situations.
Additionally, the training includes a practical section which demonstrates how to perform simple measurements using AMC Mecanocaucho's VIP accelerometer. Attendees get the chance to experiment and learn through an air conditioning mock-up, using the accelerometer to make precise measurements and comprehend the impact of vibrations in the environment.
AMC Mecanocaucho is committed to providing tools and knowledge that enable companies to implement effective acoustic solutions. Our training goes beyond theory, giving participants the opportunity to apply what they've learned in practical cases.
These training sessions aim not only to enhance understanding of Vibration and acoustics in HVAC applications but also to promote more efficient and sustainable practices, reducing sound impact and optimising acoustic comfort in these spaces.
The positive response from participating companies reflects the necessity for this specialised training, demonstrating the growing interest in implementing innovative and effective acoustic solutions in their operations and projects.
Through this initiative, AMC Mecanocaucho reaffirms its commitment to excellence in acoustics, equipping professionals and companies to effectively address sound-related challenges in diverse industrial and construction environments.
