Reciprocating compressors generate significant dynamic forces that can transmit vibration to the supporting structure.
To define the appropriate vibration isolation system, AMC MECANOCAUCHO considers parameters such as static and dynamic loads, excitation frequencies, available space, installation conditions, temperature, exposure to chemicals and expected service life.
This analysis allows the appropriate anti-vibration mounts and system natural frequency to be selected according to the characteristics of each installation.

The compressor can be isolated from the supporting structure using individual anti-vibration mounts or installed on a reinforced concrete inertia base supported by a vibration isolation system.
AMC MECANOCAUCHO offers different solutions, including BRB, FZ + Sylomer®, Sylomer®, 4AMC and seismic mounts, depending on the loads, excitation frequencies and required level of vibration isolation.
For installations requiring high isolation performance over a broad frequency range, a two-stage isolation system can also be used, combining, for example, Sylomer® for medium and high frequencies with springs for low-frequency isolation. A concrete inertia base can also improve the dynamic stability of the assembly.
