The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® FZ + Sylomer® mounts incorporate a Sylomer® elastic element specifically designed to reduce the transmission of vibration and structure-borne noise from machinery and equipment to the supporting structure.
Their design combines a robust metal housing with a Sylomer® element operating in both compression and tension. The inner metal component transfers the loads to the elastic element, while the mount geometry incorporates an integrated mechanical fail-safe feature to retain the equipment in the event of excessive movement.
The outer housing features four fixing points to provide stable and secure installation on the supporting frame. This design makes FZ mounts particularly suitable for equipment requiring both effective vibration isolation and a high level of mechanical safety.
Sylomer® also provides excellent resistance to oils and good long-term mechanical properties. FZ mounts can be used within a temperature range of -30 °C to +70 °C.
