The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® 10 AMC Anti-Seismic Spring Mounts are designed to provide low-frequency vibration isolation whilst withstanding high dynamic tensile and compressive forces.
Their spring design provides high flexibility and low vertical stiffness, effectively reducing the transmission of vibration from the equipment to the supporting structure. The range covers loads from 300 to 8,000 kg, making it suitable for equipment with widely varying masses.
The reinforced metal components and integrated seismic restraint system are designed to withstand exceptional loads generated during seismic events and to limit excessive equipment movement.
10 AMC spring mounts are particularly suitable for rotating machinery and heavy equipment operating at relatively low speeds, particularly within the 800 to 1,500 rpm range, where the application requires a combination of vibration isolation, high load capacity and seismic protection.

The design of these anti vibration mounts is composed of interlocking metal parts where a rubber buffer is placed in order to avoid metal to metal contact when high shear loads occur. This feature allows to provide lateral stability to the suspended element. These lateral metal parts have been calculated to withstand to lateral high forces that may occur in seismic events, allowing the anti vibration mount to resist without rupture. These mounts can be supplied with a Sylomer layer under the below metal part. This feature allows to filter high frequency vibrations that could go through the coil springs, providing to the 10 AMC Antiseismic anti-vibration mount higher degree of vibration isolation.
The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO 10 AMC antiseismic anti vibration mounts are manufactured in several types of springs to suit load from 300 to 8000Kg load per mount.
The metal parts are epoxy coated in order to withstand to arduous corrosive environments.
