The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® Type C Diabolo Rubber Buffers are elastic rubber elements designed to absorb shocks and limit the travel of moving parts or equipment.
Their diabolo-shaped geometry allows significant rubber deformation under compression. This characteristic provides progressive absorption of impact energy and helps to reduce the forces transmitted to the supporting structure compared with a rigid stop.
The elastic deformation of the rubber also helps to reduce shock and noise at the end of travel, whilst protecting mechanical components against repeated contact.
Featuring a female threaded fixing, Type C Diabolo Rubber Buffers are particularly suitable for industrial machinery, mobile equipment, mechanisms, doors and systems subjected to repeated impacts or movements.

The elastic buffers are made with a compound of rubber which permits major deformations with notable absorptions of energy. They can be made with high-damping rubber to order. The absorption of energy is performed thus, irreversibly and opposes the rebound phenomenon.
