The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® hydraulic cone mounts are designed to combine effective vibration isolation with a high level of equipment movement control.
Their conical design provides a relatively low vertical stiffness, promoting the isolation of vibrations generated by the machine, together with a higher horizontal stiffness to limit lateral movement under dynamic loads.
The hydraulic cones also incorporate hydraulic damping through a viscous fluid, which is particularly effective in controlling large-amplitude movements and reducing vibration amplification when passing through resonance regions.
This combination of different stiffness characteristics according to the direction of movement and hydraulic damping makes these mounts particularly suitable for engines, generator sets, mobile machinery and equipment subjected to significant load variations or dynamic loads.
