The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® Rectangular Rubber Buffers are designed to absorb high-energy impacts and limit the travel of moving parts or equipment. Their rectangular shape provides a large contact area, helping to distribute impact forces and protect structures and mechanical components.
Manufactured from rubber vulcanised to a robust metal base, they provide a strong bond and a high energy absorption capacity. The progressive deformation of the rubber helps to control deceleration, reduce the forces transmitted to the structure and minimise noise during impact.
Thanks to their robustness, reliability and energy dissipation capacity, AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® Rectangular Rubber Buffers are particularly suitable for heavy machinery, transport equipment, loading ramps, lifting systems and industrial applications requiring controlled stopping of moving masses.
The elastic buffers are made with a compound of rubber which permits major deformations with notable absorptions of energy.
They can be made with high-damping rubber to order. The absorption of energy is performed thus, irreversibly and opposes the rebound phenomenon.
