AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® Elastic Joints consist of a rubber element vulcanised between two concentric metal tubes, fitted into an outer housing and secured by a through-bolt passing through the inner tube. This configuration provides an extremely robust and safe elastic connection, capable of absorbing vibration, shocks and angular or torsional movements in dynamic applications. The design eliminates metal-to-metal contact between moving parts, ensuring silent operation and maintenance-free performance even under continuous loading.
Both concentric and eccentric versions are available. Concentric joints provide balanced behaviour and high load capacity, while eccentric joints offer greater flexibility and allow vibration isolation to be optimised in applications where improved comfort and reduced vibration transmission are required.
