The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® SCB Mounts are compact elastic elements designed to be integrated directly into a hole in the chassis, providing a simple anti-vibration connection between the equipment and its supporting structure.
During tightening, the lower rubber lip deforms, securing the mount within the chassis. The inner metal tube allows the fixing bolt to pass through and be tightened while preventing excessive compression of the elastomer.
This design provides elastic decoupling of the bolted connection, reducing the transmission of vibration and structure-borne noise between the two parts of the assembly.
Simple, compact and economical, SCB Mounts are particularly suitable for cabins, covers, auxiliary equipment, mobile machinery and mechanical assemblies requiring effective vibration isolation where installation space is limited.
