The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® Type D Buffers are elastic rubber elements designed to absorb shocks and limit the travel of moving parts.
Unlike rigid stops, which can generate high forces, noise and severe impacts at the end of travel, rubber buffers progressively absorb impact energy through the deformation of the elastomer.
Their flat contact surface provides a progressive response to impact, reducing the forces transmitted to the structure as well as the noise generated by repeated impacts.
With their simple, compact and economical design, Type D Buffers are particularly suitable for industrial machinery, mobile equipment, vehicles and mechanisms with moving parts requiring travel limitation or shock absorption.
