The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® Anti-Vibration Bobbins are simple, compact and cost-effective rubber-to-metal elements designed to reduce the transmission of vibration and structure-borne noise between equipment and its supporting structure.
They consist of a cylindrical elastomer body vulcanised between two metal parts and are available with different fixing configurations and threaded connections, allowing easy integration into a wide variety of machinery and installations.
Depending on their configuration and installation, these bobbins can operate mainly in compression, shear or a combination of both, allowing their elastic behaviour to be adapted to the requirements of each application.
Thanks to their simple design and wide range of dimensions, stiffnesses and rubber compounds, they are particularly suitable for engines, pumps, fans, compressors, auxiliary units and industrial machinery requiring simple and reliable vibration isolation.
