The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® TFS anti-vibration mounts consist of two symmetrically shaped moulded elastomer elements, specifically designed for applications where installation space is limited.
Their design allows the rubber to work in both tension and compression, with similar stiffness characteristics in both directions. This symmetry provides a balanced elastic response when the equipment is subjected to vibrations, shocks or changes in load direction.
The two elements are combined with metal safety washers that limit excessive movement and provide mechanical retention of the assembly, creating a fail-safe configuration suitable for mobile applications and dynamic loads.
Thanks to their compact dimensions, TFS mounts are particularly suitable for auxiliary equipment, fans, small motors and compact machinery requiring effective vibration isolation with a simple and secure installation.
This anti vibration mount is designed to provide very similar tensile and compression stiffness values. This feature is particularly useful in those applications where vibration and transient forces come from various directions and constant stiffness is required in all of them.
