Anti-vibration mount with high lateral flexibility and high vertical stiffness, designed to provide vibration isolation, stability and controlled movement.
AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® Sandwich anti-vibration mounts consist of three metal plates connected by two elastomer layers, forming a compact and robust assembly suitable for both stationary and mobile applications.
This design provides high flexibility in the lateral direction while maintaining higher stiffness in the vertical direction. These different stiffness characteristics allow effective horizontal vibration isolation while providing good vertical stability and controlled deflection under load.
The range covers loads from 50 to 1,500 kg, making the mounts suitable for equipment with widely varying masses.
Sandwich mounts are particularly suitable for industrial machinery, mobile equipment and applications requiring good vertical stability combined with effective horizontal vibration isolation.
