1V-SR seismic mounts
High-load anti-seismic spring mount designed for low-frequency vibration isolation, with integrated seismic restraint and Sylomer® layer.
The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® 1V-SR Anti-Seismic Spring Mount is designed for equipment requiring high load capacity, effective low-frequency vibration isolation and mechanical protection under seismic conditions.
Its high-deflection steel spring provides a low natural frequency, effectively reducing the transmission of low-frequency vibration. A Sylomer® layer complements the spring by reducing the transmission of medium and high frequencies, thereby extending the effective vibration isolation range.
The mount also incorporates an integrated levelling system for precise equipment height adjustment and an anti-slip rubber base.
Under exceptional or seismic loads, the integrated seismic restraint system limits excessive equipment movement, whilst allowing the movement required for effective vibration isolation under normal operating conditions.
The 1V-SR range is particularly suitable for HVAC equipment, refrigeration units, pumps, fans, compressors, generator sets and other heavy technical equipment requiring both vibration isolation and seismic protection.
Technical characteristics
The mounts are able to reach low natural frequencies from 3 to 5 Hz. The spring combined with sylomer® is able to provide high isolation at low and medium frequencies.
The curves are showing the deflection and natural frequencies according to the load of the spring. Temperature working range from -30 to 70º. Short term higher temperatures are possible.
