The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® 1 AMC DB Spring mount is designed for the vibration isolation of machinery, equipment and floating floors, combining a steel spring with Sylomer® layers positioned above and below the isolator.
The highly elastic steel spring provides effective low-frequency vibration isolation. The Sylomer® layers complement the spring by reducing the transmission of mid and high frequencies that may propagate through the steel spring, providing effective vibration isolation over a broader frequency range.
Sylomer® on both contact surfaces also provides elastic decoupling between the isolator and the adjoining surfaces. This configuration is particularly suitable for acoustic floating floors, inertia bases, HVAC equipment and machinery requiring effective isolation of structure-borne noise and vibration.
