The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® Akustik 3 + Sylomer® range has been developed for the vibration isolation of suspended ceilings, HVAC ducts, pipework and suspended mechanical equipment in demanding building acoustics applications.
Its integrated Sylomer® microcellular polyurethane element provides significantly higher vibration isolation than conventional rubber or cork mounts, particularly at medium and high frequencies. The range is available in two Sylomer® grades, allowing the isolator stiffness to be matched to the supported load for optimum acoustic performance.
A wide selection of brackets and fixing accessories enables quick installation in virtually any suspended application. The heavy-duty steel components withstand tensile loads from 650 kg to 1,000 kg and are protected by a corrosion-resistant finish for long-term durability in demanding environments.
