The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO® Grand Akustik 2 + Sylomer® range has been developed for the vibration isolation of suspended ceilings, HVAC services, pipework and suspended mechanical equipment requiring higher load capacities.
Its heavy-duty design, featuring a welded nut for double threaded rods, provides a secure and stable suspension for loads up to 150 kg. The integrated Sylomer® microcellular polyurethane element effectively reduces the transmission of structure-borne vibration and noise while delivering outstanding long-term performance.
Designed for demanding building acoustics applications, the Grand Akustik 2 + Sylomer® combines high load capacity, reliable installation and excellent vibration isolation. Corrosion-resistant steel components ensure long-term durability in commercial and industrial environments.
These antivibration mounts are manufactured in two special mixes of Sylomer® to adapt better to the load of each application. A great variery of fixing windows and elements facilitate installation and adapt better to each type of job.
Their rugged metal parts can withstand tensile stresses from 650 to 1000 Kg. They are supplied with an anticorrosive treatment that can withstand the toughest environments.
