The FZH Spring + Sylomer® is a spring jack-up mount system designed for high-performance acoustically isolated floating concrete slabs.
By combining steel springs with Sylomer®, the system can achieve a natural frequency as low as 4 Hz, providing highly effective isolation of low-frequency vibration and structure-borne noise.
The mounts are integrated directly into the concrete slab, allowing the floating slab to be constructed without an additional supporting frame. Once the concrete has cured, the slab is raised using the integrated jacking mechanism, creating the required resilient separation from the building structure.
FZH Spring + Sylomer® is particularly suitable for projects with demanding vibration and acoustic isolation requirements, including studios, auditoriums, performance venues, mechanical rooms, and helipads.
