The Grand Akustik 1 + Sylomer® range is designed for the suspension of acoustic ceilings, vibrating piping, and suspended machinery requiring higher load capacity.
The integrated Sylomer® microcellular polyurethane element provides outstanding low-frequency vibration isolation, delivering higher isolation performance than conventional rubber or cork isolators. Two Sylomer® grades are available to optimize isolation performance across different load ranges.
Its reinforced steel housing is designed for demanding applications and accommodates tensile loads from 650 to 1,000 kg. A corrosion-resistant zinc-plated finish ensures long-term durability, even in harsh environments.
Technical characteristics
These antivibration mounts are manufactured in two special mixes of Sylomer® to adapt better to the load of each application. A great variery of fixing windows and elements facilitate installation and adapt better to each type of job.
Their rugged metal parts can withstand tensile stresses from 650 to 1000 Kg. They are supplied with an anticorrosive treatment that can withstand the toughest environments.
